Options: Chat appearance

The 'Options' window ( illustration) lets you manage chat appearance.

You can configure the following options:

Tray Icon

Specify how the program displays the taskbar notification area ('system tray') icon:

• Don't Show

  The icon will not appear.

• Minimize Window to tray

  The icon will always appear. If the chat window is minimized, it will be removed from the taskbar.

• Hide Window to tray

  If the chat window is minimized, it will be removed from the taskbar and the icon will be added to the tray.

• Always Show

  The icon will always appear.

Add new chat messages to the

Specifies text chat log orientation:

• Bottom

  New messages will appear at the bottom of the log.

• Top

  New messages will appear at the top of the log.

Define font for each chat interface element

This option lets you select the color and font for a selected interface item using the Set font and Set color buttons. If either button has been disabled, no font or color can be selected for the corresponding item.
