Templates

Templates within Process Manager function similarly to form letters, delivering consistent, formatted, and relevant information or data. Templates enable you to insert text that can function as a message, description, explanation, or even actual values for specific fields. You format the text based on your intended usage. Every template configuration must specify a type of action that it applies to. For every instance of this type of action in any workflow, you can configure it to use the template. By default, a blank template is applied, so you'll need to configure each instance of the action to use the desired template.
