The Symantec LiveState Delivery Pocket PC Package Wizard lets you generate both scripted and CAB-based installation packages for Pocket PC applications for which you have an existing CAB file.
The wizard is included as part of the Symantec LiveState Delivery Pocket PC Administrator's Toolkit installation.
To launch the Pocket PC Package Wizard:
Navigate to the installation directory of the toolkit and double-click ppcwizard.exe.
