Activating and deactivating the Agent for Pocket PC

Activating the Agent for Pocket PC causes the agent to start every time the device is powered on.

To activate or deactivate the Agent for Pocket PC:

1. Open the \Program Files\Symantec\LiveState folder on the managed device.

2. Click AgentMgr.

The Symantec LiveState Delivery Agent Manager for Pocket PC screen appears.

3. Click Activate.

To deactivate the agent, click Deactivate.

Note: After the agent is activated, it attempts to run on every device power-up. The only way to prevent this behavior is to deactivate the agent.
