Group - Performance: Disk Utilization

This group performance report displays disk utilization percentages collected during the selected time period from the devices in the group that appears at the top of this report. You can configure the data collection for your devices through Device Properties > Performance Monitors > Configure Disk Utilization.

Report Body

Below the date/time picker is a table showing the total number of devices in the group collecting data for the time period chosen, and the total amount of disk space that is being used across those devices.

• Device. The name of the device in your database.
• Description. The description of the disk that is being reported on.
• Size. The total size of the disk in GB.
• Used. The amount of space used on the disk in GB.
• Free Space. The amount of free space on the disk in GB.
• % Used. The percentage of the total amount of disk space that is in use.

Note: Click the device name to access the Device Status report, and click the description to view the Disk Utilization report for that disk.

Below the report body is a summary of the above information:

• Disk count. The total number of disks monitored.
• Total size. The total size of the monitored disks in GB.
• Total used. The total amount of the monitored disks being used currently in GB.
• Total free space. The total amount of free space available on the monitored disks in GB.
• % Used. The percentage of the total amount of disk spaced used on the monitored disks.

Thresholds

Report percentages are displayed in colors that represent the disk utilization thresholds:

• Red. above 90%
• Yellow. above 80%
• Green. 80% or less

Use the date/time picker at the top of the report to select a date range. The date and time format for the date on this report matches the format specified in Program Options > Regional.

Changing how the chart looks

Click the chart properties button to change how the report chart is displayed.

Navigation

You can change the group you are viewing by clicking the group name in the application bar at the top of the page.

You can change to another group report by selecting one from the More Group Reports pull-down menu.

Printing

You can print a fully formatted report through your browser by clicking the print icon in the browser's toolbar, or selecting File > Print from the browser's menu.

Icons

Export	Click this icon to export a report. This function only works when JavaScript is enabled on your browser. The report can be exported to text or to Microsoft Excel.
Favorites	Click this icon to add the current report to your Favorites list. These reports can be accessed quickly through the Favorites folder of the Web Interface Go Menu.
