General Device Details

This device-level workspace report displays a device's details, also found and configured at Device Properties > General.

Clicking on the device will bring up its Device Status Report.

• Display name. The title given to the device that is displayed throughout WhatsUp.
• Device Type. The type of device.
• Host Name. The official network name of the device.
• Address. An IP or IPX address.

To configure this workspace report:

1. On the workspace report page, click Menu > Configure.
2. Enter the appropriate information.
   • Name. Enter a title for the workspace report.
3. Click OK to save changes.
