The DNS monitor is a simple service Monitor
that checks for the DNS (Domain Name Server) on port 53. If no DNS
service responds on this port, then the service is considered

appears in the Active Monitor Library.

- . Enter a timeout value. This is
the length of time in which the service is given a chance to
respond. If there is no response in this amount of time, the
service is considered down.

on your devices.
