Booting the legacy restore media

To boot the client, insert the boot media in the appropriate drive and reboot the system. The BMR restore process loads from the boot media and begins the restore. The progress and status of the restore appear in a BMR status screen.

A yellow arrow indicates that the activity is currently in progress.
A green check marks each activity as it completes.
A red X indicates a failed activity.

At any time, press F1 to see more information about the current process or press Esc to quit. The F1 or Esc keys are processed only after the current step completes.
