Troubleshooter dialog box

The Troubleshooter provides information about status codes. Status codes appear in error messages that describe the result of a NetBackup operation.

When you enter a valid status code and click Lookup, a definition appears in the dialog box.

The dialog box also contains tabs that provide details about what caused the problem and possible corrective actions you can take.

Tab	Description
Problem	When a valid status code is entered, text appears that describes what caused the problem.
Troubleshoot	Provides tips or suggestions about how to correct the problem. In some cases, there may be no additional information here.
Symantec Support	Provides the Technical Support Website address that can link you to more information about the specific problem.
