Explanation: Job manager (nbjm) tries to
notify a process (usually bptm) of the status of a resource it
requested. That notification fails because of a communication
problem.
Recommended Action: Do the following, as
appropriate:

Verify connectivity between the master and the
media server.

Verify Private Branch Exchange (PBX) configuration
