Recommended Action: Verify that the server software was installed correctly on all NetBackup servers. If that is not the problem, do the following:
On a UNIX or Linux NetBackup server, add the VERBOSE option to the bp.conf file. On a Windows NetBackup server, set the option on the Logging tab in the Master Server Properties dialog box.
