Message: failed to get job data
Explanation: This error can indicate either
of the following:

Vault failed to get job data because of a broken
connection with the job manager (nbjm).

Vault received empty job data. This error occurs if
a user-specified job ID on the vltrun
-haltdups command is out of range. (That is, the job ID is
not among the job IDs created by job manager.)
Recommended Action: Contact customer support
and send the appropriate logs.
