This is not a fatal error, the request will pend again in the NetBackup device monitor. Verify that required tape is in the drive it is being assigned to, and that the drive ready light has come on. It may take some time for the drive to become ready after the tape has been inserted. If the drive never goes to a ready state after a tape has been inserted, there may be a problem with the drive.
