Message: unable to mount media because it is
in a DOWN, or otherwise not available
Explanation: A restore was tried and the
volume required for the restore was in a DOWN drive in a robot. Or,
the slot is empty that should contain the volume.
Recommended Action: Do the following, as
appropriate:

If volume is in a DOWN drive, remove it and place
it in its designated slot. Then, retry the restore.

If the volume is in the wrong slot, use a robot
inventory option to reconcile the contents of the robot with the
volume configuration.
