Troubleshooter

Enter the NetBackup status code in the Status Code field, then click Lookup.

The following tabs contain information to help troubleshoot a problem:

Problem tab

Provides a description for the status code. Be sure to click Lookup after entering the status code to see the description.

Troubleshoot tab

Provides possible solutions to the problem.

Symantec tab

Displays the Web address of Symantec Support or the URL to a Technote that addresses the specific error code topic.

Although the Troubleshooter provides assistance for NetBackup codes only, assistance with Media and Device Management codes is available using NetBackup online Help . Enter the error description on the Index tab to locate the code.
