About the Policy Configuration Wizard in the
Getting Started Wizard
The Backup Policy
Configuration Wizard helps you to define a backup policy for a
group of one or more clients.
Configuration includes specifying the following
items:

When the backups are to take place
-
Which files are to be backed up
-
The clients that are to be backed up
-
General attributes that define how the backup is
performed.
After the wizard is
complete, the Getting Started Wizard offers the opportunity to test
the NetBackup configuration. Click the option to initiate an
immediate backup that is based on the installation process you
configured.
