Adding selections to a Standard, Exchange, or Lotus Notes policy

Use the following procedure to add a selection to a Standard, Exchange, or Lotus Notes policy:

To add a selection to a Standard, Exchange, or Lotus Notes policy

  1. Enter the path of a backup selection or click Browse to navigate to the backup selection. To specify paths for a client:

    Specify paths for Window clients.

    Specify paths for UNIX clients.

    See Pathname rules for UNIX clients.

    Pathnames can contain up to 1023 characters.

    To use a directive, select one from the drop-down menu.

  2. List the selection by using one of the following methods:

    • Click Insert to add the pathname or directive above the current selection on the list.

    • Click Add to add the new pathname or directive to the end of the list.

  3. Click Close to close the New Backup Selection dialog box.

  4. Verify that the entries on the backup selections list are accurate.
