Changing the default values for Media Manager storage units

Use the following procedure to change the default values of Media Manager storage units.

To change the default values

  1. Select a storage device from the list.

  2. Click Properties. The Properties option is not available if more than one device is checked in the list.

  3. You can change any of the following text boxes in the Change Storage Unit dialog box:

    • Storage unit name

    • On demand only

    • Maximum concurrent drives to use for backup

    • Maximum multiplexing per drive

    • Maximum fragment size
