Use the Troubleshooter within Reports to find explanations and the corrective actions that are based on the NetBackup status code that the job returns.
To run the Troubleshooter within reports
In the NetBackup Administration Console, expand NetBackup Management > Reports. A list of report types appears.
Right-click a line in the report. Then select Troubleshooter from the shortcut menu.
The Troubleshooter dialog box appears with an explanation of the problem on the Problem tab. A recommended action appears on the Troubleshoot tab.
Open the Troubleshooter at any time (Help > Troubleshooter), enter a status code, and click Lookup.
