Obtaining detailed information for a qualification test step

You can get detailed information for a test step at any time during the qualification test.

To obtain information for a test step

  1. In the qualification dialog box, select a test step in the Results or Test Historywindow.

  2. Click Details or Properties.

    A dialog appears that displays information for that step. Included is a brief explanation of the checks performed by a step and any instructions associated with a step that requires manual intervention. For example, a test step may prompt for a new tape to be loaded into a drive before allowing the test to continue.

  3. Click Close or OK to return to the device qualification dialog.
