Rescanning and updating bar codes
Use the following
procedure to rescan the media in a robot and update NetBackup with
the bar codes.

volumes in API robot types.

To rescan bar codes and update the EMM
database

In the NetBackup
Administration Console, expand Media and
Device Management > Media > Robots.

Select the robotic
library that contains the volumes that you want to scan and
update.

In the Volumes pane,
select the volumes.

On the Actions menu, select .
The rescan begins
immediately.
