If a download has not completed and shows a Status of “Suspended”, “Error“ or “Authentication required" in the Download Manager Window, you can try to resume the download.
To resume a file download:
1. Click on the download to highlight it.
2. Click the Resume icon in the toolbar.
You can also right-click on the download and select Resume from the menu displayed.
If a download displays “Authentication required” in the Status column, you must enter the correct credentials. Click the yellow icon or the link in the Status column to enter your credentials. See Why do I need to type in my username and password? for more information.
