Description

Connecting

The download is starting.

Downloading

The file is downloading. The % column indicates the current download progress. The Status column indicates the current speed and estimated length of time remaining before the download is complete.

Suspended

Indicates that the file download is currently suspended. To resume the download, highlight the file and click the Resume icon in the toolbar, or right-click on the file and select Resume.

Retrying

The download encountered a problem and is attempting to resume.

Complete

The download has completed. Once completed, the file is available in the specified download location. See How do I change the location of where the file is downloaded to my computer? for more on the download location.

Authentication required

The file being downloaded requires you to provide valid credentials. See Why do I need to type in my username and password?.

Error

An error was encountered. Click the message or see Why am I having trouble downloading my file? for more information.
