You can remove any server except the Replication Administration Server from a Replication Tree. When you remove a server from the tree that has child servers, the child servers are moved to the root of the tree.
To remove a server from a Replication Tree
Right-click the server you want to remove and select Remove Server.
The server is removed from the Replication Tree.
