You can export packages using Command Center. This removes the package from the Package Depot on the Configuration Server.
To export packages from the server
In the Scope pane expand the server > Packages.
Click Assignable Packages or Unassignable Packages to display the packages in the Result pane.
In the Result pane select and right-click the packages you want to export. Select Export from Server.
Choose the location of where to export the packages, and whether or not you want to export the vendor files in the Export Packages dialog box.
Click OK. The packages are exported.
