Find Computers Based on Installed Packages

You can find the computers on which one or more packages have been installed.

  1. In the Scope pane, click Packages > Assignable Packages to display the packages in the Result pane.

  2. Select the package(s) for which you want to search computers.

  3. Right-click and select Find Computers. The Find Computers: Package Ownership dialog box appears.

  1. Select a search option.

  2. All of the selected packages searches for computers that have all of the selected packages installed.

  3. Any of the selected packages searches for computers that have at least one of the selected packages installed.

  4. Not all of the selected packages searches for computers that do not have all of the packages. This includes computers with some of the packages, and computers with none of the packages.

  5. None of the selected packages searches for computers that do not have any of the selected packages installed.

  1. Click OK. A new window appears with the search results in a temporary group. You can create a permanent computer group from the search results.
