When you close the Command Center you are prompted to save it. This saves the file name Command Center.msc and preserves the Command Center settings you have configured.
Symantec LiveState Delivery also provides a file named Command Center default.msc, which contains the original Command Center settings. This file is located at \Program Files\Symantec\LiveStateDelivery\Command Center.
Use this msc file if you need a copy of Command Center in its "original" state. Open Command Center default.msc then immediately Save As and specify a new name, preserving the original .msc file.
