Properties for Configuration Set

The Properties for Configuration Set dialog box specifies the details for a configuration set. These settings can be saved as a template and applied to a group of computers, or saved and applied to individual computers:

User Name

Computer Name

Workgroup/Domain Membership

TCP/IP Settings

Default Gateway

DNS Configuration

WINS Configuration

Novell NetWare Client

Note: The settings that appear on these dialog box may differ depending on the target operating system selected.

The configuration set specifies identifying details for the set.

Settings	Description
Name	Name of the configuration set
Target OS	The operating system that is installed on the target computer.
Allow template settings	Set up this configuration set as a template. Templates can only be applied to computer groups.
