Defines what happens when a file in the
installation set already exists on the user's system. This command
is used when no entry is made in the File command.
Your options include:

Leaves existing files intact.
Ask
Asks the user whether to overwrite existing
files.
New
Overwrites if the existing file is older
(based on time/date stamp) than the file in the installation set.
If the file is a .vbs, .dll, exe, or .ocx file, the age is based on
the internal version number instead of the time/date stamp.
