Enterprise Vault Properties for item dialog box

This dialog box shows the Enterprise Vault settings for the selected item. If your administrator has given you permission, you can change the retention category that is assigned to the item. You may also be able to stop Enterprise Vault archiving the item.

The dialog box contains the following fields:

Do not archive this item	Turns off archiving for this item.
Retention Category	Specifies the retention category to assign to the item. Click the Name arrow to see more options.
Status	Shows the date and time at which the item was last archived to or restored from the vault.
