Suspend Enterprise Vault archiving for this mailbox

Lets you turn archiving for the mailbox on or off. When you
suspend archiving, Enterprise Vault does not archive any items from
any folder in your mailbox. However, you can still store items in a
vault yourself when you need to.
When you first use Enterprise Vault, your administrator may have
suspended archiving to let you customize the Enterprise Vault
settings for your mailbox. After you have customized the settings,
you must uncheck .

Archive items older than
|
Indicates use of one of the strategies that Enterprise Vault can
use to select items to archive. Enterprise Vault archives items
automatically as soon as they reach the specified age.

Archive to leave percent free space
|
Indicates use of one of the strategies that Enterprise Vault can
use to select items to archive. Enterprise Vault archives the
oldest items in your mailbox until the mailbox contains a certain
percentage of free space.

Delete original item after archiving
|
Indicates whether Enterprise Vault deletes the original item
after it has archived the item.

Indicates whether Enterprise Vault creates a shortcut to the
archived item.

Indicates whether Enterprise Vault archives items that you have
not read by the time that they meet the specified archiving
criteria.
