Store in Vault dialog box

This dialog box lets you choose the Enterprise Vault archiving settings for the selected items. Note that your administrator may have locked some of the settings to stop you changing them.

The dialog box contains the following fields:

Vault	Identifies the vault in which to store the items. Click the Vault arrow to see more options.
Retention Category	Specifies the retention category to assign to the items. Click the Name arrow to see more options.
Delete original items after storing	Instructs Enterprise Vault to delete the original items after it has stored them. We recommend this option because it lets you keep as much free space as possible.
Create shortcuts to stored items	Instructs Enterprise Vault to create shortcuts to the stored items. When you select this option, we recommend that you also select Delete original items after storing.
