You can check the status and details of Vault Cache synchronization in the dialog box in Outlook on the user's computer.
A Virtual Vault always includes the following search folders:
. This folder lists items that Vault Cache synchronization could not archive, after the number of attempts configured in the advanced setting .
. This folder lists items that the user has moved or copied into Virtual Vault and that are awaiting archiving. The folder does not include items that Vault Cache synchronization could not archive.
