The location in which to place Vault Caches. This value is used
when a user enables Vault Cache. Changing this value has no effect
on existing Vault Caches.
Supported values
Path. A path to a folder that Enterprise Vault can create on the
user's local computer. If you do not specify Root Folder,
Enterprise Vault uses an Enterprise Vault subfolder in the user's
Application Data folder.
