You can export reports from Report Manager in a number of formats: XML, comma-separated values (CSV), TIFF, Acrobat (PDF), Web archive (MHTML), or Excel. Select the required output format from the Export list in the report toolbar. then click Export, and specify a location for the output.

If you set up a subscription to a report, you can also choose HTML as the render format.
