You may see some items that stay on the Microsoft Message Queue
Enterprise Vault Storage Archive queue for a long time. This may be
because items are taking a long time to be converted to HTML.
When the maximum timeout for the conversion is reached an item
is taken off the queue and is not processed further. The item is
not archived and a message is written to the Windows Application
Log. The user will see the item with the Archive Pending icon next
to it.
You can change the timeout value as required.
