Setting the default email application in Internet Explorer

In Internet Explorer on the Enterprise Vault server, ensure that Microsoft Office Outlook is set as the default email application for Internet services.

To set the default email application in Internet Explorer

  1. Start Internet Explorer.

  2. Select Internet Options from the Tools menu.

  3. Click the Programs tab.

  4. In the E-mail box, select Microsoft Office Outlook.

  5. Click OK.
