Archived
items do not show Enterprise Vault icons
If an Outlook 2003 user
has enabled Use Cached Exchange Mode, Outlook forms are not
synchronized by default. This results in archived items not showing
Enterprise Vault icons.
To fix the problem by making Outlook synchronize
forms

Start Outlook.

Click .

Click , and then
click .

Check , and then click
.

Exit from Outlook, and
then restart it.
-
Open an archived item.
This automatically installs the forms.
