AllowNonAsciiFilenames

Description	Determines whether, when you open an archived message attachment whose file name contains non-ASCII characters, those characters are removed or preserved.
Supported values	0 (default). Removes any non-ASCII characters from the file names of message attachments. When all the characters are non-ASCII, the file name is replaced with "EnterpriseVault". 1. Preserves any non-ASCII characters in the file names of message attachments.
