Allow shortcut copy

Description	Controls the behavior when a user tries to copy a shortcut. It is possible to make Enterprise Vault restore the original item, rather than copy the shortcut. This can prevent any confusion that could arise if an archived item is later deleted, leaving orphaned shortcuts that no longer work.
Supported values	Off (default). When a user tries to copy a shortcut, a message is displayed explaining that the item cannot be copied, but it can be copied after the item is restored. On. The user is allowed to copy the shortcut. (This is the same behavior as in Enterprise Vault versions before 6.0.) If the user later deletes the shortcut and the corresponding archived item, any copies of the shortcut will no longer work.
