Permissions

In order for automatic correlation to work, the permissions on the PST files must be set up as follows:

The Vault Service account must have Full Control access to the PST file.
There must be a single user account with Change or Full Control access. PST Migrator ignores all accounts with access permissions except for local and domain user accounts.

If more than one user account has write permission, PST Migrator's automatic correlation rejects that PST file, leaving you to do the correlation manually.

You may find it easier to set the permissions appropriately before running PST Migrator.
