Archive items when they are older than:	3 months
Never archive items younger than:	2 months
Start with items larger than:	5 MB

These settings make archiving work as follows for Exchange Mailbox Tasks that use this policy:

Items that are larger than 5 MB and older than 2 months are archived first. Start with items larger than overrides Archive items when they are older than, so the 3 month age limit does not apply to these large items. The setting Never archive items younger than prevents archiving of any items that are younger than 2 months.
Remaining items that are older than 3 months are archived.

Example 2

Archiving strategy	Based on quota
Archive items until mailbox available storage reaches:	10%
Never archive items younger than:	3 months
Start with items larger than:	3 MB

These settings make archiving work as follows for Exchange Mailbox Tasks that use this policy:

Items that are larger than 3 MB and older than 3 months are archived first. The setting Never archive items younger than prevents archiving of any items that are younger than 3 months.
Remaining items that are older than 3 months are archived until 10% of the mailbox storage limit is free.

Archive items when they are older than:	3 months
Archive items until mailbox available storage reaches:	20%
Never archive items younger than:	2 months

These settings make archiving work as follows for Exchange Mailbox Tasks that use this policy:

Items that are older than 3 months are archived first.
If age-based archiving has not made 20% of mailbox storage limit free, archiving continues based on quota. Items that are between two and three months old are archived until 20% of the mailbox storage limit is free. The setting Never archive items younger than prevents archiving of any items that are younger than 2 months.
