Select the Retention Category that you want to be applied by default when archiving items from the selected mailboxes.

The Retention Category you select here is used when archiving from auto-enabled mailboxes.

Click View to see details of the selected Retention Category.

Click New if you want to create a new Retention Category.

Click Next to continue.
