Exchange Mailbox Task Properties: Schedule

The default schedule is the one that you set for tasks in the Site properties. If you do not modify individual tasks they run according to the schedule in the Site settings.

This scheduling control sets the times for a single task. The times you set here override the Site settings for that one task.

Note:

If you change any of these settings, you must stop and restart the task for the changes to take effect.

Use site setting. Select this to make this task use the default settings that are defined on the Site Schedule property tab.

Run:

Never. Select this to stop this task from running.
At selected times. Select this to set the default to be that this task scans at the times you select. The task scans until either it has no more work to do, or reaches the end of its allotted time window.
Run Now. Click Run Now to run the task immediately. When you click Run Now, you are given a choice of run modes, with appropriate options. The modes are Archiving and Shortcut processing, Archiving, Shortcut processing, and Report.

Run Now is often useful when you are piloting or demonstrating Enterprise Vault.

Interval:

1 hour. Select this to make the time display show units of one hour. You can then select times in intervals of an hour.

15 minutes. Select this to make the time display show units of a quarter of an hour. You can then select times in quarter hours.

Note that, if you change the display back to 1 hour, all times are rounded up to the nearest whole hour. For example, if you set a time of 07:00 to 07:15 it would change to 07:00 to 08:00 when you change the display to 1 hour. This change is not reversed if you change back to 15 minute intervals. If you do change to hourly intervals by mistake, use Cancel to abandon your changes.

Perform the following actions to select or clear time periods:

To select or clear a whole day.	Click the name of the day.
To select or clear a particular time for a whole week.	Click the top of the appropriate time column.
To select or clear a block of time.	Click and drag to mark out the block.
To select or clear one unit of time.	Click the appropriate time.

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator at webmaster@systemmanager.forsenergy.ru to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
