At the top of the tab you see the archive name. You can modify this as necessary.
. The name of the Enterprise Vault Site that owns this archive.
. The name of the vault store where this archive is located.
. This can be any of the following:
. The archive is available for use. New items can be added to the archive.
. The archive is not available for use. There may be some problem with access to the archive. Check the log entries to find out whether there is a problem.
. New items cannot be saved in the archive. Items can still be retrieved from the archive.
. The archive is in the process of being created and is not yet available for use.
. The Indexing Service that Enterprise Vault is using for this archive.
. The Storage Service that Enterprise Vault is using for this archive.
. Used for billing purposes. This is a Windows account. To set a different account, click the button.
. Indicates the type of items that can be stored in the archive, such as Mailbox, SharePoint, or Domino Journal.
. Indicates whether there is space remaining in the archive.
. For your notes. Edit this text as necessary. This text is visible only to Enterprise Vault administrators.
