NSF migration: Selecting a folder structure

Use this page to name the folder that will contain the shortcuts, and to choose the folder structure that will be used. NSF migrator also moves failed and excluded items from the NSF files to this folder structure.

In This folder under the root folder, enter the name of the folder that will contain the shortcuts. The folder is created beneath Folders in the each user's mail file.

For users who have multiple NSF files, choose from these options either to merge the folder structures they contain, or to keep them separate:

Merged. Use this option to merge the folder structures contained in multiple NSF files. For example, if two NSF files, belonging to one user, both contain a folder called Personal, the shortcuts to the contents of these folders will be merged in a single Personal folder in the user's mail file.
Separate. Use this option to keep separate the folder structures from multiple NSF files. Beneath Folders in the user's mail file, a new folder is created for each NSF file, and the shortcuts to its contents are placed in the folder.
