New vault store

If the Enterprise Vault site contains more than one computer that has a Storage Service installed, the wizard prompts you to select the computer where you want to put the new vault store.

Vault stores are managed by Storage Services. The list shows the computers that have a Storage Service installed. You can select any of these computers.

Note the following:

You cannot later move the vault store to another computer.
If the computer you want is not shown, then a Storage Service is not installed on it. In this case, add a Storage Service to the appropriate computer and then create the new vault store.
