The New Task wizard lets you create an Exchange Mailbox, Exchange Public Folder, Exchange Journaling, File System, SharePoint, or Lotus Domino Journaling task.
The task defines the configuration details and schedule for a background archiving operation.
When you have created the task you can then edit its properties to tune it as required. For example, you can edit the task's schedule.
