New Retention Category

The summary shows the selections you have made for the new Retention Category.

The new Retention Category is available to users immediately. If, for any reason, you want to disable the Retention Category, you can do so after you have created it.

If, later, you want to make changes to a Retention Category, you can do so by editing its properties.

Click Finish to exit from the New Retention Category wizard.

To disable the new Retention Category

  1. Click Finish to create the new Retention Category and exit from this wizard.

  2. On the main Enterprise Vault Administration screen, right-click the name of the new Retention Category and then click Properties.

  3. Select Prevent users from using this Retention Category.

  4. Select OK.
