You can add an Exchange Public Folder Task to enable archiving from public folders.
A Exchange Public Folder Task archives public folders that are specified in the Public Folder Targets with which the task is associated. When you create a Public Folder Target, you specify which Exchange Public Folder Task is to be associated with that target.
